CareSynchrony® Communicator is a simple tool for secure care team communication. Providers in a group practice can view and share information and can communicate in real-time with others in their group, as well as direct care givers and staff at senior living communities. Communicator lets providers to retrieve and review messages and respond to staff at communities they service. With Communicator providers can also compose group messages to other team members within their practice group for real time collaboration.

Please note that you must request an account to access messages and respond to facility staff. Once your request is approved and your account set up you will receive an email to activate your account.
To communicate with staff at a community you must be affiliated with the community that has deployed the CareSynchrony® platform and your access to information should be authorized by community management.
